CONSTRUCTION OF MOSQUE
Fazaia Housing Scheme Gujranwala is well planned scheme in Gujranwala with top priority on establishing high standards for better community living and developing harmony among the residents of the scheme. For performing religious rituals in the Scheme, central mosque is under construction at an area of 5.2 Kanals. Mosque will be the center for all the congregational religious activities for the residents and will have capacity to accommodate 400 Namazis.
INFRASTRUCTURE DEVELOPMENT
Fazaia Housing Scheme Gujranwala comprises an area of approx. 500 Acres and number of plots in varying sizes and categories. The services of Nespak have been hired for master planning the basic services (Road network, water supply network, sewerage network, drainage network). The development work is in progress since December 2018.
CONSTRUCTION OF COMMERCIAL SHOPS
In order to meet day to day needs of the residents of the scheme, a commercial area has been planned to provide a commercial avenue building comprising shops which will suffice their needs. This commercial avenue will house the departmental store, stationery shops, commissary shops, tailor shops, barber shop and many more as per the requirement and needs deemed appropriate.
